Tuggerah Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy is located within Tuggerah Straight Commercial Centre.  We regard ourselves as leaders in the management of musculoskeletal conditions. Our principal, Ricky Li, is one of only a few physiotherapists on the Central Coast to have attained the prestigious title of APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

We have a special interest in the differential diagnosis of complex musculoskeletal disorders. A thorough, one-to-one consultation is always provided, and we try to involve the patient in the formulation of a treatment plan.  Manual "hands-on" techniques are often used under the guidence of the latest scientific evidence, over the preference of electrical machines.  After a mechnical pattern is established, a self-management program is designed and encouraged where possible, rather than costly on-going treatment.

Direct health fund rebates are available via Healthpoint for private consultations.  A doctor's referral is not necessary for private consultations.  We are also accredited to treat Workcover, Veteran's Affairs and Medicare EPC patients.  Weekend and after-hours appointments are available.
